Two Bedroom, Renovated Home in Bradford

Welcome to Bradford & the Twin Tiers with it's eateries, attractions, shops, UPB, BRMC, as well as the year-round outdoor activities at the Allegany National Forest & Kinzua SkyWalk & Dam. We are 30 minutes to St. Bonaventure, Olean General & Ellicottville. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for meal preparation, dining room & comfortable living room with puzzles, games & Smart TV to gather with friends & family before heading to one of two relaxing bedrooms for the night. The home's open living room is set up for family & friends to gather, play cards and games or just relax an enjoy watching TV. To one end of the living room, you will find a small library with an ample desk and chair to either study or work remotely with the fastest Wi-Fi available in the area. The first floor thermostat is located here for your convenience. The dining room has a large table and seating for six for meals, games and gatherings. Off this dining room is the fully renovated bathroom with tub and shower and ample storage for personal items. The full kitchen has everything you would need for meal preparation and snacks with a gas stove & oven, full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, teapot, flatware, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, bakeware, crockpot and knife set. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room with full-sized washer and gas dryer, iron and ironing board, cabinet storage for your detergents, extra bedding and towels. Upstairs, the two bedrooms have several options to directly connect to the internet with CAT6 Ethernet jacks for remote work or study, green tea infused memory foam queen beds, dressers, closets, fans and even an alarm clock to wake you in time for that important event. The back bedroom is where the second flooring thermostat is located. You will also find a convenient half bath on the second floor between the bedrooms. Access will be with a lockbox containing 2 sets of keys. Guests will be provided with their personal access code the morning of their arrival. Typically, you will had one parking space open directly in front of the home with additional parking located on the opposite side of the street. All is free street parking. With it's in-town setting, this home is blocks away from the many conveniences that Bradford has to offer - Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks or Williams European Bakery for your breakfast to nearby Kennedy Street Cafe, Leo's Sub Shop, Domino's or Taste of the 80s for lunch - all within a few blocks' walking distance! You will find this home is under 2 miles to both UPB, BRMC and Bradford's downtown shops. During the day, visit the vastness of the Allegany National Forest with its numerous trailheads and scenic views, cool off at Rock City Park or try your luck at the Seneca Nation Casino & Event Center in NY. Enjoy your evening by walking to several fine dining or casual options and then take in the latest movie at the Main Street Movie House with 3D and Surround Sound. The Twin Tiers area is full of entertainment and adventures awaiting you with endless possibilities - Truly a hidden gem! Plenty of free on-street parking is available as well as right in front of the home. Additionally, the local ATA (public transportation bus) serves the entire region. Please do not park in the church parking lot at the end of our block as you risk being towed at your expense.
