Private Master bedroom, large loft bedroom, bunk beds for younger children, living room, full bathroom with shower, laundry, and full kitchen. Climate control units plus electric fireplace for comfort all year. Whole home water filter system. Large fire pit, picnic table, and hammock. surrounded by eco-consciously thinned woods so you'll find downed trees and many animals on the property. Field and fire pit are your access privately. There are 2 campsites located further back on the property and not visible from this location. Shared gravel drive but everything visible from the tiny house is for your use! Please contact hosts with any on-site needs or questions. Hosts are sometimes on-site but often not. The quiet, small town of Lovettsville, VA is in the heart of Northern Virginia's wine country. Located in northern Loudoun County, just two miles south of the Potomac River, Lovettsville has been a thriving small community since it was originally settled by German immigrants in the 1730s. Today, Lovettsville is known for its small town character and centuries of history. PLEASE NOTE: Campers may be using one of our two campsites located at the back of the gravel road. While you are free to explore, please respect their privacy as they should respect yours. Also, we are occasionally on-site during the weekends at our personal camp trailer. Please DO stop by to say "hi", we look forward to meeting you! Camp sites are well back on the property and not visible from the tiny house. Entrance and site road is gravel, please drive slowly! Parking is onsite. Please use gravel pad for parking. Do not park on the grass. PLEASE NOTE: Campers may be using one of our two campsites located at the back of the gravel road.
