PROPERTY UNDER RENOVATION - WILL NOT LOOK AS PICTURED! Modern farmhouse meets resort in this newly renovated home. The entire family can relax and unwind by the fireplace, in the spacious kitchen, or cozy up with a book nearby one of the many window reading nooks. There is plenty of free parking and fast WIFI. It is nestled close to wine country yet still only 2o minutes from Downtown Leesburg and 1 hr from Washington DC. Escape together in this 7 bedroom, 3.5 bath house. Perfect for families traveling together, bridal events, and weekend getaways. Enjoy all this area has to offer at the nearby wineries, restaurants, and event centers, while still being able to wind down in a quiet, spacious retreat with your loved ones. The reservation is for the large house and the front and back yard. There is a small cottage rental next door; the fenced area behind the cottage is reserved for that rental. Parking is shared. Please be respectful of other guests. The home is situated in a subdivision. There is an adjacent cottage next door with shared parking and a few other homes on the main driveway. HOUSE RULES The home is located in a subdivision with families and working professionals. Because of this, guests must remain on the property. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra guests must be approved by the host for an additional fee. Maximum occupancy is 15 people. We welcome intimate and courteous celebrations. This is not the place for loud noise/music and disruptive parties. Music must not be heard outside of the house. All outdoor activity must be finished by 10 PM. No smoking, including vaping. Pets are not permitted. The home, including the kids room, is designed for adults and children ages 5 and up. Please carefully watch small children around the kitchen, stairs, fireplace, bunk bed, etc.
