434 Main Street Downstairs Suite

This spacious suite has a sunporch/kitchenette, master bedroom, living and dining room, a daybed and another bedroom with a double bed and bath. It is the downstairs of the house only. Accommodates 6 people. If less than 3 beds are needed, the price will be adjusted with a special offer. Does not include a kitchen. Gracious and spacious rooms on the entire first floor of a home. A sunny front porch is shared with the upstairs suite and overlooks Main Street. You enter through a sunporch that serves as a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea makers as well as a basket of snacks !There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with queen bed, and another bedroom with double bed, bathroom is off that room. A trundle day bed is in the living room which can be a king bed or two twins. Dining room has place settings and glassware for 6-8 people. Living room has a smart TV, extra TV in master bedroom, air conditioning and wifi throughout. A packnplay can be rented for an additional $5/day cash. Let us know if you need anything special when you reserve. Your entrance is through the front porch, door "B," with your own private key code so no keys are needed. We are less than a minute away and available by phone for whatever guests may need. We are so conveniently located to all the activities in the village...weddings, theatre events, shopping sprees! We do not have public transportation in Aurora. A car is needed but you can your bike and have some great adventures! We are less than a five minute walk to the Fargo, the Aurora Inn and Village Market. The community park is right behind the Inn and a children's playground is behind this house. Lake access at the Wells College Boathouse just a 10 minute walk for swimming. Boat launch is 2 miles south at Long Point State Park which also has a beach and playground.
