This is a very large room with a Queen Bed a small refrigerator and microwave. Coffee nook and a place to eat or do your computer needs. We are close to Alabama Tennessee and South Carolina This bedroom is upstairs and your entry will be from the front door. I have large dogs but the will be contained from entering your space. They all love attention so when and if your comfortable they will be happy to meet you. Smoking is allowed on the front porch but you must keep that area clean after use You will enjoy your private space upstairs with a closet ( Some owners belongings in closet) Microwave and smaller refrigerator a coffee station and a toaster ,table and chairs. No Red Wine allowed in the bedroom and any tomato based food must be ate at the table. Laundry may be done at 4.00 a load. Coffee cups/Bowls/ silverware/ plates can be placed on the tray after use and put in the hallway. Trash as well. Hair dryer and curling iron are in the bathroom along with soap shampoo and conditioner. Let me know when you need fresh towels and wash clothes. A black wash cloth is there to remove make up. Please don’t use white towels for make up. Feel free to ask for anything that will make your stay more comfortable You will enter the home from the front door which will lead you straight to your room. Go left. It’s required that you bring down or put outside your door everyday dirty dishes and trash being that it will cause bugs. This isn’t a Hotel where your space is cleaned on a daily basis so you are required to keep your space free of trash and food sitting out. Thank you very much for respecting your space. We love interacting with our guest Pretty quiet neighborhood sometimes the deer can get my neighbors dogs barking Uber Lyft there is no public transportation In the winter we leave the heat on 69 degrees and summer time 74 degrees any change can result in funds being deducted from your deposit. Guest staying longer than one week are required to keep the bathroom clean. Cleaning products are on left side sink cabinet. A 20.00 fee is charged if I have to keep it up.
