This is the entire 2nd floor of the home, converted to a deluxe hotel suite. Rental of the room also includes use of covered back porch for relaxing, and free designated parking spot. Access to the home is off of Rte 3, turn onto S. Concord Rd, then a quick right onto stone alley. Parking spot is marked with Reserved Parking Sign. Please use single gate, and up the steps to the back door. Hosts will be available for check in and check out, we do live at the house if you have any needs. Very familiar with the area and available to offer recommendations and help you with your needs. A light breakfast item in room is included. This neighborhood was built in the 1920s and in keeping with that my home is in the Art Deco mode. The suite is more modern so you have the same conveniences as a hotel suite, and we treat it as such. This location is close to Rte 202, and other major routes. Perfect for visiting the many attractions that Chester County, PA, Philadelphia, and Delaware have to offer. Close to public transportation , bus routes, taxi and rental car companies. This house does have 4 cats that are friendly but we keep them out of the rented area. Entire second floor of home is available for use. Key will be provided at check in. Use single gate to access yard. Use the stairs to the back door of the house. Leave key on stand at check-out. Hosts will be available for check in and check out by 8:30 a.m. week days weekend by 11.00 a.m., we do live at the house if you have any needs.
