Casa " A boa vida do campo"

"A boa vida do campo" is a small, remodeled country house, inserted in a property of 9000 m2, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, without being too far from all the services that a village offers. The property was once cultivated, but now it has mostly native vegetation. A 5-minute walk away is Ronqueira's river beach and a traditional Portuguese food restaurant. In summer it is possible to do Sup and canoeing in the river. About 2.5 miles away is the village of Arganil. The house is distributed over two floors. On the first floor has two bedrooms, the kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with access to a small terrace overlooking the property. At ground floor level there is an interior patio with a bathroom, laundry area and an area where you can choose to sunbath or be in shade, to rest or to have a meal. There is also a wood-burning oven. The property has about 9,000 square meters and sun and shade areas. You can install a hammock between the trees or have a picnic. The house has easy access, and it is possible to park inside the property or on the grounds opposite. You can go to the river on foot or by car and you have several paths around you to explore on foot or by bike. I won't be available on site, but I keep in touch and have people close to the property who can help guests.
