Our private guest room is a warm & safe place with a cozy bed, a Smart TV to watch Netflix/etc..., and adequate space to get comfortable. Along with the guest room, you get a well-stocked private bathroom just a few feet outside the room, a shared kitchen for ice/water, cooking, and FREE Keurig coffee/cocoa. We also have a hottub (addtl cost) & a rec area downstairs (pool table, ping pong, ...) avail upon request. We warmly embrace all our guests & make them feel so at home. Join us! Our home is a friendly and warm place where we engage with our guests as little or as much as they wish. We love all our guests but respect how they wish to experience their stay. Parking is available in front of our 3rd car garage stall. Also, parking is available across the street if expecting guests during your stay. We love our guests and want to make them feel as welcome as possible. For convenience, we will be instantly available for your entire stay via cell number/text message or just contacting us in the home. The neighborhood is a new, quiet development right on the edge of Arbor Lakes. It has several attractions within walking distance including a children's park, fitness club, library, Cub Foods market, and a fun Town Square area. Within a few minutes drive of your stay you have access to an endless number of Arbor Lakes restaurants like Caribou, Starbucks, the LookOut, Kladaughs (Irish), Yogurt lab, Malones, McDonalds, Taco Johns/Bell, etc, etc...) Even an AMC theater is viewable from the place only 5 mins down the road Our stay is in a new, quiet development right on the edge of Arbor Lakes.
