At Collins House, we strive to perfect "the Art of the Getaway". Start with sumptuous comfort close to nature; add a near-ocean and distant mountain view and offer heavenly bedding. Curl up on plush seating or king sized bed, scan your large, private deluxe suite and you'll find built-in USB chargers, dimmers, fridge, iron, 40" TV with Netflix & naturally, high-speed wifi and yes, original art. A comfortable 500 Square foot Suite in a country setting with ocean 200 meters below and near forest, distance mountain view. Wheel chair accessible through a private flush entrance near car parking. We love people and are very happy to interact with guests and share our local knowledge. At the same time, we have purposely built a place where you can relax and get away from it all or "cocoon" without the need for communal breakfasts, hot tubs or TV rooms etc. Rural. Most neighbours are birds or animals but you can walk south to Bader beach or north to the 240 acre Mt Erskine Conservancy and trail where you are likely to meet other people along the way. Being close to nature means you are a 7 minute drive to town (Ganges 3.5 miles) and restaurants and more to ferries or other points of interest on the island, You need your own wheeled transportation, car recommended.
