Spacious and private queen, king or twin bed rooms with own en-suite and views over the beautiful Tarlo valley. Wood combustion heating & open fires, cotton bed-linen, fluffy towels and all the modern comforts you might need, including a choice of meal options (just ask Jules). Inside the house guests may access their own bedroom(s), each with en-suite bathroom, and also the TV area, lounge, and library. Outside guests may relax in the 'cottage garden', on the 2 covered verandahs spanning 3 sides of the house, and make use of a covered gas BBQ area or the wood-burning BBQ area. Walks may be taken in our 5 acre house paddock, lavender field or across the 65 acres of farmland. We live in a rural area surrounded by farmland mostly used for grazing sheep and cattle. Close by are lovely small towns, including Taralga and Crookwell. We are also just a short 15 minute drive to Goulburn. As Airbnb is based on trust we would like to know a little bit about our guests. When enquiring about availability, please ensure you have a profile photo showing your face and some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay to avoid your booking request being rejected. We would also like to know about other guests you will be bringing to the house so please provide a brief description (eg age and gender), and the reason for the trip (eg business or leisure). As the property is 20kms from the closest shops and restaurants (in Goulburn or Taralga) advanced notice will be required should you wish to eat our food (or obtain picnic meals to take away) while staying on the property.
