Perfect location; 15 minutes to the beach & many nature parks including Belair and Brown Hill Creek. Located only 10minutes from city via train (stop 5min walk) & bus (stop 1min walk). Pubs, restaurants and cinema 5min walk also. Relaxed and chill environment. Very clean with a unique set up of eclectic furniture. Easy access through front patio and through lounge into the guest room. Whilst guest are around I can use the back door. I will be around sometimes in the mornings and some evenings and close to home during the day and will be happy to offer help or assistance with anything. Beautiful neighbourhood with quiet surrounds and lots of parks, creeks, birds, trees, shrubs and heritage listed houses. Very close to public transport to city and Uber to city is less than $20. There is plenty of easy access street parking and the units are easy to get in and out of.
