On the second floor of the house you will live in a 50m² holiday apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom. The large living/dining room offers enough space for the whole family. The location of the property, could not be better! In winter the ski lift is less than one kilometre away. In summer the swimming pool and the swimming lake Brixen are within the same distance. There are also many other activities to do in the area. Supermarkets, ski hire, restaurants and many other shops are all within walking distance! The train station of Brixen im Thale is also only a minute away by car, from where you can explore the region without a car. On the 2nd floor: (open kitchen(oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), Living/diningroom(double sofa bed, TV, dining table), bedroom(double bed), bathroom(shower, washbasin), toilet(toilet), balcony) ski storage(ski boot heaters), parking, lift, children's bed, high chair Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately.
