The Villa situated on 2 acres, offers privacy, peace and tranquillity, yet close to nightlife, restaurants & sporting facilities. The Villa is great for couples escaping the hustle bustle of city life or families with loads of space to ride the bikes & kick the footy! The Villa boasts an outside firepit & firewood, has a double undercover carport, ideal for a small truck if required. If you wish to stay at the Villa for longer than 2 weeks, an additional cleaning fee per fortnight will apply. The Villa is equipped with a fire pit & timber for you to sit around and toast the marshmallows, has recipe books, movies, games and a library to make your stay more enjoyable. Guests will have full access to the 2 bedroom, plus study Villa with own use of outside entertaining area, complete with outside dining table, lounge and barbeque, own firepit, with own private garden! The Villa is located within 2 minutes of Eatons Hill Hotel, which is renowned for its entertainment. We are also located within minutes of the Southpine sporting complex and 10 minutes drive from beautiful Samford, 20 minutes drive from Daybro and 30-45 minutes drive to Brisbane city. You need your own transport to get around, as public transport is about 10 minute walk. We have a Dog who likes to visit those staying at the Villa and is very friendly, so if you do not like dogs, our place may not be the best place for you to stay!
