This stylish, newly renovated villa offers impressive panoramic views of Snowdonia, the Irish Sea and the Vale of Clwyd. Currently being renovated to ensure a perfect retreat with family or friends, the secluded property boasts fantastic views from the huge panoramic window in the open plan kitchen / living area, plus a games room, hot tub and wraparound garden. The property is located a short walk from the nearby village of Dyserth, with independent cafes, pubs and it's own waterfall. Bryniau Isaf is currently in the process of a complete luxury renovation and all photos are beforehand. The listing photos will be updated as soon as possible. The house was built in the 1960's, and we are retaining as much of the character of the original Swiss Cottage/Scandinavian style build as possible. Upon entering we have a large entrance hallway with original Terrazzo marble flooring, an open plan Kitchen / Diner / Living area with incredible views and a sunroom leading out to the hot tub & garden. Sleeping 6-8 Bryniau has a master bedroom with en-suite, second bedroom & third bedrooms (one with twin zip & link beds) and the family bathroom with an enormous freestanding bath & walk-in shower. The games room / movie room is down a small flight of stairs has a football table, a second 55’’ smart tv and a giant bean bag & sofabed sleeping a further 2 guests (made up upon request only). With high quality fixtures and fittings throughout, everything has been thought of to ensure your stay will be truly luxurious and memorable. We have a private driveway for up to 4 vehicles, with an EV charging point. There are many local footpaths nearby as well as Moel Hiraddug for a beautiful hike within 10 minutes from your doorstep. The Blue Lion Inn is within walking distance for a well deserved drink afterwards! Dyserth and Rhuddlan are a 5 minute drive away and have many local conveniences such as Spar, cafes & eateries, and even a brilliant little Cheesemonger. The towns of Rhyl and Prestatyn are 15 mins away and have supermarkets, shops, beaches as well as train / bus stations for links to surrounding areas. Further afield you have all that Snowdonia has to offer within a 45 minute drive, and the A55 is easily accessible and takes you directly to either Chester, Llandudno, Conwy and the surrounding areas. We live close by and will be available for guests arrivals / departures as well as any queries throughout your stay. Step outside and guests can enjoy local footpaths and hikes up Moel Hiraddug for more beautiful views. Just up the road The Blue Lion Inn provides a great spot to have a well deserved drink afterwards. There are two villages nearby, Dyserth & Rhuddlan, both of which have a variety of conveniences such as cafes & eateries, Spar & Post Office, butchers, shops and even a little cheesemonger! Dyserth has a stunning waterfall which is worth visiting, as well as Bodrhyddan Hall, a stately home dating back to the 1500's. Rhuddlan is home to the 13C Rhuddlan Castle, which is often open for public access. We have a private driveway for up to 4 cars, with an EV charging point for your convenience. The towns of Rhyl and Prestatyn are within a 15 minute drive and offer up all larger conveniences you might need such as supermarkets and restaurants, and both have lovely beaches too. Access to the A55 is close-by, with easy links to Colwyn Bay (20 mins), Llandudno (30 mins), Conwy (40 mins), Chester (40 mins), and all that Snowdonia has to offer is only 45 mins away. If arriving by train, Rhyl & Prestatyn stations are the closest station. Both towns also have bus stations and bus routes pass within a 15 minute walk of the property. Nearest airports are Manchester and Liverpool. The house is heated via ground-source heating to be as environmentally friendly as possible, as well as being stocked & turned over with eco-friendly UK manufactured products.
