This home is furnished and the custom handcrafted kitchen is equipped with kitchenware and appliances. A dining area and sun room are located adjacent to the kitchen. A large, second story balcony is situated off of the sun room, overlooking the spacious rear lawn. The home also includes a large primary bedroom with a sitting area, a spare bedroom, a full bathroom with dual sinks and a large mirror, a living room and a Baby Grand Piano. Pets and smoking, parties and gatherings are prohibited. The Airbnb living space of this residence is the entire second level (main living area) the front porch facing the golf course, a rear deck overlooking a spacious rear lawn. The lower level of this house is permanently rented by a retired, business professional, who has a separate, private access to the residence from the driveway area. Access to the Residence, Entrances and Exits - The Main Entrance / exit to the Airbnb portion of the residence is through the front door. There is a concrete walkway from the drive way, up an incline - a hill, approximately fifty feet to the front door. The other entrance to the Airbnb portion of the residence is the though the rear door, which is located on the rear deck. This entrance / exit is accessible from the real lawn. The Airbnb portion of the residence cannot be accessed from the first level of the house, or the drive way, or the garage. I have provided photographs of this residence which include both entrances.
