Only 50 minutes north of Manhattan! This home emulates true pride of FIR sauna, deck, driveway with plenty of parking, conveniently located near train, bus, parks, highways. The house is clean and peaceful! The room is on the 3rd floor ( attic height -5 foot and 6 inches in the middle and gets lower at the sides)full bath on 2nd and 1st floor. Available for 3 day minimum to long term if needed. A single cooktop is available for guests. A guest should not have to feel like a guest. Being able to access necessary amenities is a must, but to be able to have more than just the basics is a steal! Enjoy feeling right at home with a beautiful spacious kitchen ( stove is not for guests, only the single cooktop, microwave, grill, electric oven and toaster ), that is always accessible at your convenience, a lovely living room area, full bathroom access on 1st and 2nd floor, and a FIR sauna! *Use of the kitchen available except for the dishwasher and stove. Guests won't have to worry about spending their time living in an awkward living situation. I am a very warm and welcoming person who is more than happy to help those who will be occupying their stay with me to feel right at home! I'm rarely at home because I leave early and come home late afternoon. Hawthorne is a peaceful suburban city located in Westchester County. Surrounded by quiet peaceful neighbors, suburban paradise is what you will be able to find here. Peace and quiet is essential for a good nights rests as well as peace of mind. The metro North and bus stops can be accessed only 4 blocks from the house. Parking is available at the driveway and fits comfortably up to 5 SUVs. Full house available for rent upon request. Due to liability, there is no guest use of laundry facilities and stove. All laundry can be done by the house assistant for a fee of $10. - Use of the kitchen available except for the dishwasher, - The house has a surveillance system.
