Friendly peacefully home with cool owner

Neat little home. Clean and tidy. Guests have free-range to home. Outside undercover patio used as entertainment area. The home has parking out front of and huge backyard. My home is a 3 bed 1 bathroom home. It is brick and tile, has an evaporated air conditioner and wooden floors. The hws is electric so short showers recommend. The bedrooms don't have robes available but hanging space is provided. The bedroom is plain and simple but neat and clean. You have a DVD player in yr room with a choice of dvd's from the lounge area. The room is equipped with 1 queen size bed, hanging rack, DVD player, lamp, extra pillows and blankets. There is extra towels in yr cupboard. Guests have the use of my fridge/freezer , microwave, tea and coffee. If anything is needed please ask. I live on the premises so there is a certain amount of contact with me. I am a friendly outgoing person easy to talk to. Am adaptable so guests can discuss what they need while here. If they need the washing machine, or want to use the stove etc we can talk about it. Good neighbour hood. Central location with no more than 10 min drive to ocean, pool, speciality shopping centres, walking distance to park with b b ques, to all sporting facilities and alcohol and fast food takeouts. Buses are near by - within walking distance, taxis available or drive. If your a walker everything is close by. My home is brick with tiled roof. It is an older home but held together nicely. Polished floorboards, have evaporated air conditioning, shower is small. Access to patio or rear yard for entertainment
