Seagulls Rest is a beautiful, modern holiday home on the peaceful Broadlands Park and Marina at Oulton Broad. Modernised in 2021 to very high standards. We are a short walk to the marina, parks, children's play areas and nature reserve. A variety of independent restaurants and bars are in walking distance and we are a short drive to award winning beaches that are child and dog friendly. Seagulls Rest is a modern, open plan space with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation consists of; Main bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with one single bed and a bunk bed. Bi fold doors open on to patio and small grass area. There is free parking on the park with good rail and bus links to local areas of interest. Seagulls Rest is located on quiet park on Oulton Broad, suitable for couples and families. Oulton Broad South train station is found at entrance to park taking you on a short journey into Lowestoft and Ipswich. Oulton Broad North, a short distance away takes you into Norwich. Complementary Wifi is included. Complementary shampoo and body wash included. All bed linen and towels included but please note that towels must not be taken to the pool or beach. A travel cot and highchair can be pre booked free of charge but bed linen is not included. A dog crate, suitable for small/medium sized dog can be provided on request free of charge but bedding not included.
