An Ideal home with 3 AC Bed rooms (6 sleeps) for a family or students/medical practitioners following medical electives at Colombo South Teaching Hospital (10 minute walk). Located in Kalubowila, just outside the city limits of Colombo. 600 meters from the Hospital & from the main bus routes. It's a comfortable two storied house with a small front garden located in a residential neighborhood 6 km away from the main city of Colombo. The large sitting and dining area leads to an open terrace. The House is fully furnished and the pantry is well equipped to facilitate self-catering. The three bedrooms located upstairs are equipped with Air conditioning. One bed room down stairs under separate listing could also be provided if vacant. Master Bed room has an attached bathroom (hot water shower). It is furnished with a queen size bed, a beautiful antique almirah and a dressing table. The bedroom leads to a large balcony. Second room also has an attached bathroom & is furnished with a queen sized bed dressing table & cupboard. It opens out to a small balcony. Third room inter-connects the two main bed rooms. It is furnished with twin beds, a bench and a small cupboard. Fourth Air conditioned bed room (listed separately as Andradi Lodge private room - send message if a combined booking is required) is furnished with twin beds (additional 2 sleeps) with attached bathroom (hot water shower) located on the ground floor. - Equipped with a Semi automatic washing machine, fridge, microwave, blender, rice cooker, toaster, ironing facilities & hair dryer - Bed linen & towels are provided. House will be cleaned & Linen will be changed once a week free of charge on a date convenient to both. Additional cleaning charge will be levied if more frequent changes of linen or cleaning required. - Gas cooker for cooking is provided. - Water dispenser with hot & cold water. Two 19 litre bottles of mineral water provided free of charge per week. - Dialog home Braodband Wifi is provided with a package of 15GB any time data and 15GB night time data. Data could be topped up for an additional charge. When booking is made up to 2 guests, the master bed room with attached toilet would be assigned along with access to rest of the house. When booking is made for 3-4 guests, the master bed room and 2nd bed room with attached toiled would be assigned with access to rest of the house. If the guest requires access to the other room/s which have not been assigned as mentioned above an additional charge of USD 10 would be levied per room. No access to Andradi Lodge Private room unless booked by same party. If the private room is occupied by other guests, they will not have access to/from main house. If provided to same guest the interconnecting door to the main house would be kept open. Otherwise it would be kept locked. - Facility to park one vehicle is available within the premises. I reside 15 drive from the house and could drop in when required. For any advise regarding places to visit, best places for shopping & booking of vehicles could be provided by phone . The house is located 600 meters from the Colombo South General Hospital in Kalubowila, Dehiwela. It's just 10 minutes by bus from the Galle Road on Hospital Road. It is centrally located with easy access to the towns Wellawatte, Nugegoda & Dehiwela which are approximately 3km away. House is located approx 2.5km from the Dehiwela Zoo, 2.5 km from the beach. 2.7 km from nearest Pizza hut. Lots of pastry shops and restaurants available on the main road. A five minute walk would get you to a grocery shop which has all the basic needs. A large super market "Keels" is located about 1.5km away. A Very good vegetarian restaurant "Shanmugas" is 2.5km away. A laundrette is available 1.3km away. Public transport is available 600 meters from the house. 3 wheelers or tuk tuk are available near the hospital. Buses to near by towns (Nugegoda Dehiwela Wellawatte are available 600km from the house. There is three wheeler (tuktuk) stand also at the top of the road 600km from the house. 3.5 km to the Dehiwela Railway Station or Wellawatte railway station. You can get to the Fort Railway station from both stations. Your can get to all the major cities from Fort Railway station which is 10km away.
