Quiet location in Harrisonburg with private entrance and an efficiency kitchenette. 2 private and cozy bedrooms and an extra twin bed in common space. Very large gathering area and air hockey table. Wifi, keurig coffee maker, and small refrigerator included. 7 minutes from JMU. 5 minute from SRMH hospital. 20 minutes from Massanutten Resort. 20 minutes from Bridgewater College and EMU. Close to 4 wineries and several breweries. The area is a fully completed basement area. Very spacious. Great for families. The beds are comfy, with new mattresses. The kitchenette includes a keurig, microwave, small refrigerator, heating element, and is fully stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils. The evening sunsets are beautiful. Guests will control the entire lower level of the house. Separate entrance allows total privacy for guests. At the front of the house, there is a walkway that goes down to the private entrance, with an entry through a private gate on the fence. We live on the premise and will be present or close by. The basement has a separate and protected entrance. The neighborhood is residential and has many settled families. The closeness to James Madison University and Sentara RMH hospital are beneficial. Massanutten Resort, with snow skiing, snow tubing, a water park, and a go cart area is close. Bridgewater College and EMU are nearby, as are Brix and Columns, Cross Keys, Marceline, and Bluestone Vineyards. The downtown has several breweries. There are opportunities to hike or bike. Relaxing by a local lake and fishing or visiting the JMU Arboretum are options, as are the many wonderful restaurants in our community. A car will be needed to get around, but a bus stop is close by at the hospital for downtown transportation.
