Sunset Views is a self contained 2 bedroom unit located at the back of our property in Wanneroo. A short drive to the beach, walking distance to local shops and 30mins North of Perth city. Sunset Views is a 2 bedroom granny flat attached to the back of our house, completely self contained and is suitable for couples, solo travellers and small families. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a travel cot or floor mattress can be arranged for a baby/child (please request at booking). The second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom with shower can be accessed from the master bedroom and the hallway. There is a spacious living area, dining area, laundry with sink & washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. There is a small backyard with a deck and pergola which can be accessed by a short flight of stairs. There is ducted evaporative cooling to the whole granny flat. Access to Sunset Views is via a private gate at the side of our house, there is space to park on the front lawn in front of the gate or on the verge at the front of the whole property. Our nearest shopping centre is Wanneroo Central you will find your usual amenities there such as the supermarket, pub, eateries, chemist, clothes shops, doctors and dentist. Wanneroo showgrounds is a short walk away which has a playground and skate park. Aquamotion swimming complex and the Limelight Theatre are both an 8min walk away. Whitfords train station is 7kms away, you can get there by catching the bus from Wanneroo road or driving 7kms and parking there. There is an internal door connecting the granny flat to the main house this remains locked at all times, there is a dead bolt you can lock for your peace of mind. The door leads to a hallway then a storage room of our main house, this room is not accessed often so there should not be any noise disruption for you.
