Guests will have access to the lake, and its surroundings except for the owner's private residence and another guest house. Guests will have access to our private lake frontage for fishing and canoeing in Craigmuir Lake. Please be considerate to other guests that are staying in the other accommodation house on the property. Guests are also welcome to use the separate patio area next to the tiny home. Which is next to the owner's rear door. The dining area is with a fixed fold-out table, chairs, basic cooking utensils, preparation bench, hot and cold running water, and a car fridge. Located between Mooroopna and Shepparton, Gemmills Swamp is a wildlife reserve that encompasses 170 hectares of Red Gum floodplain forest and Tall Spike Rush wetlands. It is not uncommon to see a breathtaking array of pelicans, ibis, swans, egrets, and ducks habituating in and around Gemmills Swamp as it provides a unique and diverse environment.
