Lighting with dimmers, outdoor fans, and two propane heaters allows for outdoor relaxation any time of the day or season. Unwind at the end of the day in the oversized tub off of the main downstairs bedroom or challenge your friends /family to a friendly game of pool in the loft. There are also several games available if you prefer a board type game. Bose sound docks are in each of the larger bedrooms if you want to play your own music and Netflix and internet provided. Children will have fun as well in the room off of the loft with a TV for playing video games and several board games. USE OF THE CLUB HOUSE SWIMMING POOL is free to guests. This townhome can sleep up to 14 people. Downstairs large bedroom, w/king bed and private doors to deck. Bedroom at top of stairs has a full size bed and a twin. Another upstairs large king bedroom w/private balcony overlooking the course and creek. The children’s room has two bunkbeds with trundles sleeping up to 6. There are two roll out beds.
