Newly Remodeled Cute Old Southern Charm Studio

! Newly remodeled Cute old southern style cottage studio with old world charm like white crown molding and lots of character. Kick back and get caught up on all your Netflix shows. There is a TV provided with a fire stick in the studio for you viewing convenience. The studio is detached from the main house and has its own private entrance just under the carport. Close to local restaurants, shops and the mall. Short distance from a church and Masonic lodge. Just 5 minutes to the highway. And less then 5 minutes to Cabrini hospital. House sits on almost a half acre lot. Guest will park in front of the studio. Enter the studio through the carport. Be sure you have downloaded the August app prior to your arrival. You should have received an email immediately after booking. Guest are welcome to sit on the back porch and take in a summer breeze just be sure not let our little puppy out the gate. Don’t forget to turn lights and AC/heat system off whenever you leave. When you want to stream using Netflix etc simply push the input button on the LG tv remote switch h to HDMI2. Then use the fire stick remote to scroll through streaming options. When using the cooktop press the on/off button and then the burners button. When turning off press the on/off button. Stovetop will take 10-15 to cool off. Once completely cool all red lights should turn off. Use a paper towel or sponge to lightly wipe off stovetop ever each use. I’m available by phone or text for questions. I work during the day from home at the moment. I'm available for questions or concerns. I provide complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and apple cider. Keuring is located in the kitchen for your convenience. I only ask that guest clean up after themselves. Local churches , restaurants, schools, Cabrini Hospital, Planet Fitness, local zoo, golf course, grocery’s and the mall as well as movie theater and bowling alley. There is also multiple dealerships, car rentals, Fedx, etc within a half mile. A car is needed to get around town. Please be respectful of our place and others. No pets, smoking or loud music. If you break or damage anything you will be charged fair market value for the replacement. The studio has been recently completely remodeled. A small safe is located in the studio for your convenience. Be sure to turn off lights and the AC & heater when exiting to conserve energy usage. Thank you.
