Tucked next to the mountain range and Cache La Poudre River, this place will leave you with no regrets. Trails, ma' and pa' shops, walking distance to the best restaurant and a hop skip and a jump to fishing, biking, hiking, downtown fort collins and much more. It is a breathtaking getaway or even a quick stay. Many fun amentities along with a hot tub, seasonal pool, a pool table, lory state park pass, mountain views from our place, and much much more! We have a private downstairs area, that includes a pool table, washer and dryer, and a private bathroom. The room is quaint and includes a TV with wifi. We live on the premises, but will give you as much privacy you desire. We will have a private small refridgerator downstairs for you to store your leftovers and whatever else. Communal spaces include the kitchen and other areas that are pictured. We have a lot of fun stuff for you to borrow if you'd like and are willing to accommodate your stay however you see best fits. There are two cats & two Nigerian dwarfs goats that live on the premises as well. They will entertain you for your entire stay! All the areas that are shared would be kitchen, patio, pool, hot tub. Depending on length of stay the laundry is located in your private bathroom so it may be used during your stay, but we will do our best to be out of your hair! We are available, but like to keep to ourselves for the most part. We don't mind good conversations, but we desire our guests to be comfortable and independent. Just a walk away is Vern's restaurant. They are doing curbside pickup at this moment due to COVID. It has mountain views, patio seating, breakfast, lunch or dinner and a great atmosphere. We are less than a walk away from the river, Watson Lake and Swing station. No public transportation like bus routes, but an uber can take you to Downtown Fort Collins for less than $10. If you need a ride and we are available we are always willing to help out. Still updating house, some of the things aren’t as new as we prefer. For example the vanity in the bathroom is outdated.
