THE PAD GRAND with swimming pool

The Pad Grand is located in a residential area at Mabalacat City, Pampanga. This grand villa is near the barangay hall and Manila North Road Highway. Interior is modern minimalist ambiance. The entire space is 480 sqm. The house is fully air-conditioned. It has a private spacious pool 8m width by 12m length, 3 to 5 feet depth. All 4 rooms are located in the second floor. The house has aircon in all rooms. It has a private spacious pool 8m width by 12m length, 3 to 5 feet depth. All 4 rooms are located in the second floor. The Pad Grand is ideal for 16 pax sleeping arrangement, we can also consider 25 pax for overnight (no extra charge, no extra bed provided). 20 day time visitors are allowed until 8pm visiting time. The Pad Grand has 2 villas inside the compound. The main villa (Villa A) has living room, dining area, kitchen and toilet in first floor. 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms are on second floor. Room 1 – 2 queen size bed with bathroom. Room 2 – 1 queen size bed with shared bathroom Room 3 – 2 queen size bed with shared bathroom Villa B has bath and toilet on first floor, 1 bedroom (2 double deck beds) on second floor. Music room with karaoke is located near the main entrance. Pool is located between Villa A and B. Kiddie pool is 2 ft. The pool also has a large step for babies to sit. We have 30 mono block chairs and 4 long tables available outside. Gas stove and griller are located at the back of the Villa A. Pool is maintained daily by water treatment and chlorine. Parking space is available outside and inside the villa. Music room, living room, dining area and kitchen are located at ground floor. Living Room has Smart TV (Netflix supported). Dining area has 8 chairs. Kitchen has basic cooking utensils and appliances: medium size pan, pot, chopping board, knife, ladle, plates, bowl, mugs, glass, gas stove, water dispenser (1 free round container only), refrigerator, rice cooker and microwave. Food delivery apps are within reach. No pets allowed. Intimate parties are allowed, visitors are only until 8pm. The Pad Grand is located at a residential area at Barangay Tabun, Mabalacat City. We have secured parking area for 3 cars and street parking for 10 cars. The Pad Grand is located in a residential area at Barangay Tabun. There are sari-sari store nearby. Check-in time: 2:00 PM Check-out time: 12:00 NN Early check-in and late check-out is possible if there are no rush bookings on the day before your check-in or check-out (charges applies). A 3,000 pesos refundable security deposit is needed upon check-in. Nonrefundable. Rebooking should be done within 7 days of check-in day. Bring your own towels. THE PAD GRAND RULES: 1. Children must be supervised by an adult. The owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries. 2. Please shower before entering the pool. 3. Strictly no glass, foods and beverages allowed in the pool area. 4. No smoking in the pool and room. Please smoke in the smoking area. 5. No diving, running, pushing or other dangerous horseplay 6. No person having an obvious disease, communicable disease, skin eruption, cut, sore or lesion, eye, ear, nose or throat infection is permitted to use the pool, 7. Spitting or spouting of water, urinating, blowing the nose or any other similar activity in the swimming pool is strictly prohibited 8. As much as possible, use proper swimwear. Do not wear any denim. 9. No littering. The resort is surrounded by trash cans. Throw trash properly. 10. Don’t pick plants and flowers. Do not steal any plants (penalty applies). 11. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to or eject from the resort premises, any person failing to comply with the rules and regulations of the resort 12. A security bond of 3000 is required for overnight stayers and is refundable after. In case of any damage done to the resort properties, the security bond will be deducted based on the assessed amount of the damages. 13. Full Payment must be settled on or before the check-in time.
