Henry's Fork Handy Cozy Room in Home Sleeps 3

Our beautiful rustic home is in the center of town. High ceilings, custom wood, and tile work throughout. Rooms are large and bright with cozy decor, this room is on the second floor. 10 minutes from Rexburg, 75 minutes from West Yellowstone, 10 minutes from the sand dunes, within walking distance to legendary sandbar on Henry's Fork of the Snake River, 1 1/2 hour from Grand Teton NP & Jackson Hole, 2 hours from Craters of the Moon. Be sure to plan a few days! We are excited to host you! What a great place to visit for a year round vacation! Yellowstone National Park will be open for the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) season April 15 thru November 7 (wint (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) season dates unavailable at this time). When planning your summer trip, plan to pack layers and a light jacket if you plan to visit Yellowstone. On top of being in the center of the town, we are also located in the center of most every wonderful geological option that you have within an hour and a half drive. This includes, but is not limited to: Island Park, Green Canyon Hot Springs, Mesa Falls, Cave Falls, Big Springs and John Sacks Cabin, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Craters of the Moon, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, and many other great attractions. This private room is on the second level with a twin bed and queen bed complete with heirloom quilts to add to your comfort. This room will easily accommodate 3 people, or 4 if two are small children. It features a ceiling fan, air conditioner, mini fridge, and WIFI access. The windows open and have fully adjustable and removable screens. Iron and ironing board are available upon request. We provide sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, washcloths, hand towels, shampoo, and liquid shower gel as well. Our guest bathroom is located on the main level and shared with the guests in our other guest room, up to 4 other guests. It features a full size tub, toilet, sink, and hand held shower mounted on an adjustable shower rod for hands free showering. We also provide cold breakfast options for our guests. We will set out bread, bagels, fresh fruit, hot chocolate mix, assorted teas, and cereal, but our guests will also have access to milk, orange juice, yogurt, and cream cheese in the refrigerator. Our very sweet indoor cats, Princess and her sons Leo and Mestopheles, are not allowed into guest rooms, but do share the common spaces. With the warmer weather, we anticipate they will choose to be outside more. What a great place to visit for skiing at Grand Targhee, Kelly's Canyon, and snowmobiling in Island Park! In Yellowstone, oversnow travel ends March 15 when all roads will close until reopening for the regular season April 15. When planning your winter trip, be sure to bring warm snow clothes, gloves, snow boots, and layers as it gets cold. Guests have full access to Kitchen, dining room, bathroom on the main floor, and front room. Entering the home, there is an enclosed porch where guests may comfortably sit in any weather, and enjoy the great view of the quiet neighborhood. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. Have perishable items? This room is equipped with a mini fridge for perishable items. Air conditioner and ceiling fan in room as well during the hot summer months. For contact, feel free to use any of the available methods through the Airbnb app. In a quiet little town of just over 3,000 people, the town is pretty much the neighborhood. Our little quarter of town is very quiet and in the more prestigious side of town. There are all of the city amenities within a few blocks (gas station, several eating facilities, Banks, city offices, Library, grocery store, convenience stores, parks, religious facilities, movie theater, bowling alley, Fitness Center, and more.) We do not have public transportation in our area at this time. However, the movie theater and bowling alley are two blocks to the west of our location (you can see them from our home). Also within 5 blocks of our location are the banks, hardware store, pharmacy, grocery store, and several wonderful restaurants. Within walking distance are two parks that front the river and one that does not, but has a great playground for those with children. We do have another bedroom available for booking if your party needs more rooms. It is on the main level and sports both a queen bed and twin bed with beautiful heirloom quilts, ceiling fan, TV, and Wifi. Ceiling fans in almost every room in the house with two in the dining room. Free parking is available on the street on either side of our home.
