This location is 15 mins drive to Parramatta, 30 mins drive or by train to Sydney Olympic Park/ Blacktown , 7 mins drive to Little Saigon Cabramatta This one 3 bedrooms is confortable for small family, group, friends, travellers, workers. There are large carspace at front of house and free off street parking nearby. This whole house has airconditioner and spare fan for your comfort. Bedroom1: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 1 small stand wardrobe Bedroom 3: medium size 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe . There are seperately 1 bathroom has standing shower and 1 toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven , grill, air-fry, microwave, large fridge , kettle, toaster, sandwich press, juicer, blender , plates, bowls, cutlery, cups and glasses. The lounge room is open to kitchen with TV, sofa, dinning table and chairs. These are washing machine, iron and iron board. Baby friendly home with changing table and baby cot , high chair ( if required). The front gate is lockable and you can park maximum 3 cars inside . If you need to use clothes dryer, there is a fee for each cycle with card payment which is sharing with front house , is next to big storage between 2 houses. Lines, towels and beds are only provided enough for number of guests booking. This is not party house. Wedding and events with noise and music during the day us ok as long as no loud noise after 9pm. Check in from 3pm, early check in $50 if available. Check out latest 10 am or $50 fee apply. Late check out must be asked in advance as our house keeper is schedule on time 10 am on check out date. We don’t accept below: 1. More people than number of guests booked. All bookings are required to book for number of guests come in the house, not number of guests sleep over. 2. Night time stay inside the house with doors and windows close and reduce noise level to neighbours. Strictly from 9pm: No loud music/ noise/ argument of fighting at front of house and in front of street all which affect neighbours. Don’t book this house if you party though out the night. We ask you to leave with no refund. 3. Guests are required to pay the house DAMAGES if any. Few things to note: * No pet * Indoor shoes only inside the house, no high heels as the timber floor get scratch easily * Avoid eating in bed * All appliances, air-conditioner to turn off when no one at home, PLEASE. * If you stay on Monday evening, please pull out garbage bin to the street like the neighbours for collection early Tuesday morning. We appreciate this. * Guests don’t have access to garage * All guests must follow the check out requests on the fridge, general tidy up, wash all dishes, all rubish to large bins outside before check out. License PID-STRA-28650 Guests access entire granny flat except the garage . Guests can park 2 cars in the front of granny flat and there are free of street parkings nearby. Minutes walking to Seven Eleven store, petrol, pizza, Thai restaurant, liquor shop coffee shop , deli shop , butcher shop at the corner of Hamilton Rd and The Boulevarde . 3 mins drive to Woolworths, chemist , post office and the other local shops on the Boulevarde Cars is the best choice and Uber in a minute The front house will be sharing the driveway and middle garden. Please don’t block the driveway. CANCELLATION - Please be advise that we have a strict cancellation policy. Its includes COVID-19 related cancellation.
