Furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with 1 car attached garage. TONS of room outside for your boat, toys, or other vehicle(s). Neutral colors, high ceilings and a small loft for the kids! Luxury vinyl floors throughout. Ceramic tile shower and butcher block countertops. Completely remodeled in 2021 and ready for our first guests in 2022! Located on the Northwest part of Indian Lake, our cottage is steps from the Blackhawk Marina complex - maybe 150 yards... you are just a short drive to Lakeside Pro Bass shop, downtown Lakeview, groceries, gas, and souvenirs! Small, quiet, circular neighborhood adjoining Blackhawk marina. Many neighbors live here year round and appreciate the peace and calm. Please be respectful of that. We want you to have fun and enjoy lake life during your stay but this is NOT a place for you if you seek a wild and crazy 'party' getaway! That can be found in other areas around the lake.
