This booking is for three rooms, sleeps 6 . Luxury large bedroom, a super king size bed, luxury, bedding, towels, dressing room, shower en-suite, and private large balcony. Cosy second and third bedroom with king-size bed, 2 single beds both with single wardrobe, pull down shelf dressing table, luxury bedding. Free parking for one car .Local pub, restaurant and cafe two minutes walk.Fabulous walks on your door step. Shops, bars, cinema, restaurants 10 min drive to the market town of Clitheroe. .Enjoy the pleasure of a luxury large private bedroom, with a super king size bed with luxury bedding, towels, along with a private dressing room, a hairdryer, and shower en-suite.Then relax on to your own private large balcony over looking beautiful views on your own sun loungers or high chairs. The second cosy bedroom has a king size bed, with a single wardrobe with has a pull out dressing shelf, and hairdryer. The third bedroom is identical only with two single beds. Along the landing you will find the house bathroom with shower and bath.There are two areas to relax in, a large lounge with three full size sofas, and a cosy snug with corner suit and TV, with a stack of books to help yourself to.The kitchen can be accessed via the lounge or snug and has seating for four along with a seating area.The kitchen has a washing machine,dish washer, double oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, slow cooker,iron,all the usual kitchen utensils, glass wear and TV. The dinning room has a table that extends out to seat eight. Off the hall way is the cloakroom and toilet. From the kitchen you can access the patio with seating and great views watching the sun set. Free parking for one car .We also allow children 6 and upward We are surrounded by beautiful countryside an area of natural beauty.Only two minutes walk you have the Shireburn Hotel which offers log fires with great food and wine, plus a local pub and cafe, so no need to drive. There are many walks in the area including the famous Tolkien Trail which is on our door step . Further afield 10 minutes drive away is the local market town of Clitheroe, with its own castle to explore, along with fantastic individual shop, wine bars, pubs ,many restaurants, cinema, and five supermarkets. In another direction we have Whalley, a pretty village with quirky wine bars and bistros. If cycling is your thing then there are miles of trails to follow. If its a city you are after the the local train takes you direct to the heart of Manchester in an hour, or if it is a day at the sea side, Blackpool is again about an hour by car. If you are a gym person there are several gyms who except a day membership that you can book on line. You will have full use of the house but on a long stay we will need access to the kitchen only. Welcome to Hurst Green an area of great natural beauty. We are surrounded by stunning countryside with walks to die for, and if you are a foodie then you have many fantastic restaurants and bistros to keep you happy ! A two minute walk takes you to the Shireburn Hotel, Bayley Arms Pub, and Millie's cafe for great food and drinks. On the door step are fabulous local walks, including the famous Tolkien Trail. Also a great area for cycling. Ten minutes drive away leads you to the market town of Clitheroe and Whalley, which house some fantastic wine bars and bistros , along with some wonderful individual shops. The local train can take you direct to Manchester in a hour. The area boasts some of the best restaurants in Lancashire. Hurst Green has a local bus service that takes you to Clitheroe and Whalley. Whalley also has a regular train service that takes you to Manchester within a hour. When you book with us, you will have the whole use of the house, we have another property in the village that we use, so you will have your privacy during your stay. The price is for three bedrooms, children over the age of six welcome. If it is a long stay ( over a week ) we can provide cleaning at an extra cost.
