Large Commercial Refrigerator for food tray storage. The living areas allow guests to enjoy the company of family, friends or coworkers with additional rooms for smaller lounging and a meeting room. High speed internet, full line of cable news, HBO plus, Sports and WiFi throughout the house. Comfortable yet beautifully decorated living, dining and bedrooms. Top of the line beds, linens and towels supplied. Enjoy elegant antiques and art throughout. Games, books and plenty of televisions. Kids love our ducks, pigs, goats, mini donkeys, geese and peacocks. Our very friendly hens will wonder the farm (great entertainment). Our Children’s Playhouse is a favorite for boys and girls..The Historic Gazebo is the background for relaxing in comfort and shade with a great book or micro wedding chapel. The massive fire pit is the main social setting for all of our guests year round. One large supply of wood and kindling is stocked upon arrival. We have a camp style charcoal grill, outdoor games as well as plenty of chairs, tables and lounge area to enjoy the beautiful fresh country air! No exception to the limit of 14 guests lodging in the home! No camping permitted, no air mattress for additional sleep overs! My mission is to make your stay so relaxing, stress free and memorable. The 14 person limit is perfect for intimate size groups booked through Airbnb. Keeping the indoor limit for your guests makes for best enjoyment, sleeping, socializing and dining indoor and out! 2022 will bring new fabulous experiences at Fingerboard Farm! Outdoor micro ceremonies and gatherings are permitted directly booked with the farm, flat $5,000 for Thursday 4:00 check in until Monday 11:00 am check out. Maximum 70 guests must be pre arranged and fifty percent deposit at booking. Any group over 14 guests is an event per Airbnb rules. Your booking price on Airbnb is NOT for parties, if you read this please confirm that you understand our farm rules on leaving the house and patio exactly as you found it and guest maximum size. Sincerely, Dawn Guests have full access to front manicured lawn, back yard, patio and tree lined lane. In order to respect the privacy of the farm owners and farm operations, there is no access to the other areas of the farm. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. I will meet you upon check in, show you around and leave you to enjoy the manor in privacy. If you need anything, give me call, I am just down the farm lane. Entertainment and historic landmarks are all minutes away. Centrally located, our farm is a few miles from major interstates leading to Washington DC and Baltimore which are equally distanced. If sightseeing or wine touring are your desire, or kicking back at the huge fire pit with cocktails. We look forward to hosting you and your guests! We are not on a public transportation line, but are so close to shopping, restaurants and historic landmarks. Urber is just a tap of an app and a driver will be there within minutes. Please let me know what you need to make this the best experience possible! I have provided tea, coffee, bottled water, and essential herbs and oils for cooking. We are a non smoking indoor facility!! You are welcome to smoke outside at the firepit. Please leave the house as you found it!! Do NOT move furniture inside and if you move outdoor chairs, you must put back to where you found it!! We have placed everything where it works and don’t have time to rearrange outside patio between check in. If you haven’t stayed in an Airbnb before, I would like to be sure you know that the cleaning service washes linens and towels. They scrub the bathrooms and mop all floors. They wipe down surfaces and make sure the house is as pretty and clean as it was when you checked in. You are responsible for throwing all trash in the can outside the kitchen, removing all food from fridge that isn’t appropriate to leave for our farm animals to enjoy.
