Beautiful private bed/bath/kitchen in Davis home

Our home is the perfect space for your stay in Davis. You'll have everything you need in your own private area, including a side entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and pantry, which includes a brand-new Keurig, microwave and mini-fridge. The bedroom includes an Amazon Fire TV, high-speed internet and a desk/workspace. Enjoy the plentiful natural light, furnished outdoor patio and close proximity to the best that Davis has to offer. Your space is completely separate and private from the rest of the house. In addition, there is lots of room in our cul-de-sac for free parking! We have two friendly dogs and two cats that can't access your area and have their own section of the yard. The house and neighborhood are generally quiet and peaceful, and the greenbelt around us is a lovely walk. You can always reach me by text (probably the most efficient), AirBnB messenger or email. I'm a full time student and often out studying or in class but am extremely responsive to messages. We live in Grande Village, a very recently developed neighborhood in Davis. The house is right by Davis' extensive greenbelt, parks, and outdoor exercise stations. Stores, restaurants, and coffee shops (Savemart Plaza and the Marketplace are both good options) are nearby, and Davis' downtown is only a few minutes away, driving or biking. Davis is super accessible, whether you prefer to drive, bike or walk. We're close to two shopping plazas and a 2 mile drive or bike ride to downtown Davis, where you can find lots of good restaurants, boutiques, and our famous farmer's markets. Feel free to ask for any recommendations! Our pets are separated from your yard by a gate, but one of our cats (a big, fluffy black one) might jump the fence to say hi. We promise he's not bad luck!
