This 3 bedroom house is a charm located on Edmond Island on a canal about 2 city blocks from the boat launch at Lake Erie Metropark. The house is 1100 square ft with a fireplace, inflatable mattress for extra guests, nice fenced in backyard and plenty of parking in the driveway. The dock includes 2 slips for boats, one with a boat lift up to a 22 ft boat and a jet ski lift . This town is great for kayaking, swimming, fishing or wild game hunting. The house includes all the amenities you may need. Wireless internet and Amazon Fire Stick on both TV's. One bedroom is used for property storage and is not available as guest space. The property includes a small backyard with an enclosed fence. I am available if you should need me by cell or email. This town is family oriented with many activities to enjoy including: Kayak rental, pizza, local Dairy Queen, local festivals, parades, music in the park and much more. There is a new waterfront restaurant within blocks away at Humbug Marina. For the fisherman, there are tons of walleye and perch to catch. Within a half of a mile from the house is Lake Erie Metro Park. You can enter the park for free from the neighborhood. The park has wonderful trails for bike riding, walking or winter activities.
