The George Hotel is a traditional pub which is family run by Darron & Hazel McAleese. You will always receive a warm welcome from all the staff. We pride ourselves on providing good locally sourced home cooked food at a reasonable price for all the family. All 8 rooms have seriously comfy beds so you will feel refreshed after your stay with us. We are surrounded by the Howgills and the lovely Eden valley and on the doorstep to the Lake District. The George Hotel is located in the middle of the lovely village of Orton, close to the Chocolate Factory in a quite country village where farming and the country side is the way of life
