SPACIOUS two bedroom basement apartment with PRIVATE ENTRANCE!! This cozy 2 bedroom basement apartment with a full bath, full kitchen and living room is great for anyone who's visiting town for a couple of days and need a place to stay or for anyone who's just in that need for help ( everyone knows what that last minute help feels like) we're here too help. This apartment includes a private entrance, driveway parking and Wifi. Wifi This apartment is located in a nice quite neighborhood. There are a few stores in the area such as delis, grocery stores, fast food and clothing stores. The post office and gas station is also nearby. Nice bus N40 or N41 bus stop is a 10 min walk from the apartment. Bus can take you straight to LIRR. Taxi or Uber can be an option also. Bus stop 5-10mins away Train station 12-15 mins away (Walking) Make yourself feel at home and have FUN!! BUT Please keep the house in the same condition you received it in. *Keep in mind you will be responsible for any major damages* ***Please keep in mind this a basement apartment with my family living upstairs at time you may hear our footsteps or talking***
