Beautiful two bedroom apartment in gated complex with pool. You'll have all the comforts of home for an extended stay or just a quick weekend. This second-floor apartment in a small gated complex is stylishly decorated and has a great little kitchen with everything to need to cook a nice meal. Bathroom is stocked with towels, wash cloths, etc. Queen beds have quality mattresses and lovely, comfortable sheets. Greenery abounds in the courtyards and pool area, perfect for lounging. This 927 square foot unit is one flight up in a two-story building, tucked away in the back of the complex that is already set far back from the street. Our central location is also quiet and far from road noise. Gated and secure, folks say we're like a little oasis - probably because of all our landscaping and greenery. This apartment is directly overlooking the pool area and is adjacent to a staircase leading directly to it. I've got to say my favorite thing is all the mockingbirds singing to us all day long. This private two-bedroom apartment is steps away from on-site secure free parking. Pool area is immediately below, as is the coin-operated laundry facility. Step right outside your door for some fresh air, or lounge by the pool or on the lawn of the landscaped central courtyard. We live on site in the complex, and we're available to you - we'll meet but we'll stay out of your hair. While conveniently located on a main thoroughfare, our complex is set far back from the road which minimizes noise and traffic. We are a gated complex, but there are neighboring convenience stores like Walgreen's and CVS, and great sushi, Vietnamese and desserts located just steps away. There are two supermarkets within a half mile (one across the street). Baton Rouge's downtown & town square are a 15 minute drive down Florida Blvd. Most major hospitals are located within a 20-minute radius of us Baton Rouge is mostly setup as a "driving city", you'll need a car to get around. Our great advantage is a central location, plus tons of secure parking.
