Enjoy family fun in this spacious and serene villa. The house is nested in a small quiet community and is directly behind the Rene Descartes Private school and about 50 steps away from a small and provincial community. You'll enjoy the peacefulness and privacy of this home. Guests will have private access to the entire home and the pool. The home also offers private and gated parking for 4 to 5 cars. Rules No more than 10 people allowed, some flexibility can be provided, but please communicate with host if you anticipate more than 10 people in your party. Please use the trash barrels around the perifery to dispose of trash. Please keep property clean and avoid any destructive behaviors that may result in damage of property. Any items that are damaged or lost will be the full responsibility of the renter/s and by renting this property they agree to pay a replacement fee.
