Small kitchenette with an airfryer, microwave and a kettle in a lovely little living room . Own entrance in connection/linked to our own house. Lovely safe, quiet neighbourhood and perfect little granny-flat to stay at. The granny flat is in connection to our own house, but with own entrance. The 2 rooms are very cosy and fits fx. 2 adults and a child easily, because the couch in the living room can be a comfy bed. Lots of storage room in cupboards in both bedroom and living room. Plates, cups, cutlery etc. included. Nice tv and fridge with freezer. Towels and bed sheets included. The property is 2 min walk from Edwardstown Station, only 6 stops from Adelaide, approx 13 minutes ride. Also close to Brighton Beach. Parking is possible right outside the property. 2 min walk from Edwardstown train station which goes straight to Adelaide City in just 13 mins or Brigthon Beach if you prefer. On street parking available and train station 2 min walk away
