Great for all seasons! Lovely, quiet home on 28 gorgeous acres in Flat Rock, NC near Hendersonville, Tryon, Greenville, and Asheville. The house features two fireplaces, one on the wrap around porch and one in the living room, and the open floor plan allows for a family-oriented and cozy feel! The property is yours to roam - there are two other houses on the property that are also available for renting, so let me know if you are interested in renting more than one! Guests will have two bedrooms and two and a half baths downstairs and another bedroom and bathroom in a large loft in a beautiful, spacious house. The screened-in porch and wrap-around deck are great places for your morning coffee or a late night chat with couches, chairs, rocking chairs, tables and peaceful views. Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dine indoors or take your meal outside on the deck or under the covered porch by the pond. There is an outdoor fireplace on the wrap-around deck and an indoor fireplace in the living room. All three bedrooms include bathrooms en suite. The bedroom in the loft is set far back and has some wood panels for privacy, but it is an open loft so sound will carry. The loft also includes couches for relaxing and desks for working. The house sits on 28 acres with beautiful landscaping and woodsy areas to explore, including a pond for swimming or wading with a sand pile for kids (or adults!) to dig and play. Less than a mile to Carl Sandburg National Park, the Wrinkled Egg and the great restaurants and stores in the historic town of Flat Rock. Grocery stores (Ingles, Publix, Harris Teeter, Fresh Market, Hendersonville Co-op) in nearby Hendersonville. Kitchen, living room, loft with office, laundry room, screened-in porch, gazebo, grills, tennis/pickle ball court, pond, porch with picnic table and seating overlooking pond. While you are welcome to enjoy our property, we want to note that anything you do is at your own risk. Because there are two other homes on this property, we may or may not be on the property as well depending on other renters. If we are we would love to show you around, but we can be as accessible as you need. There are two other houses on the property that may or may not be occupied at the time of your stay - if you choose to stay with us we will keep you updated on their occupancy!
