Only need 5 -15minutes drive to the nearest bank, restaurant, Shopping, AMC, GYM and BART station. a little over an hour away from Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Sacramento, Napa Valley and Sonoma. a little over 3 hours from Lake Tahoe and Yosemite. Our house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, I rent a private room and a public toilet, share kitchen, hall and garden.
