We are only five minutes from Ingleton, making it the ideal location for anyone wishing to take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. We are also only 25 minutes from Kendal in the Lake District. The studio is extremely peaceful and cosy. You will enjoy being so close to the beck as it runs through our garden. Stunning studio apartment with bathroom, kitchen, living area and king sized bed. You will have wifi, a large smart tv and a brand new kitchen and bathroom to enjoy. The ultimate space to relax and enjoy your holiday. Not suitable for persons over 6’2. Our accommodation offers you an entire apartment to yourself. With its own private entrance guests have the option to come and go as they please. We would like our guests to feel it is their “home away from home” during their stay. Parking is available for guests on the front driveway. There is a lovely pub and village shop in walking distance from the house. We also have two farm shops within five minutes drive. My partner and I are happy to be contacted at any time during your stay and we will do our utmost to ensure you are fully stocked with everything you need. Burton-in-Lonsdale is a delightful village with good amenities such as the village shop, a pub, church and easy access to Greta River. Getting around is easy; Ingleton is a 5 minute drive. Kirkby Lonsdale is 10 minutes. We are 20 minutes from Lancaster and 25 minutes from Kendal. The village also has a local bus service. We are very flexible hosts that enjoy to work with our hosts to ensure they get the best out of their stay. We are knowledgable about the local area and happy to be contacted regarding fun things to do close by. Although the back garden is our family garden, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a quiet and peaceful stay. The side of the house is exclusively your space. We have a small, friendly dog who you may see playing in the garden from time to time. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer he was kept inside.
