Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base, with or without your pet 🐕 The house has recently been modernised and the room refurbished. There is a yard with bench for smokers. The shared areas are kept clean and tidy. The atmosphere is really nice and friendly. Pets are welcome. Private bedroom, kitchen, pantry, utility room, bathroom, yard area. if you want to socialise you may have the opportunity to have a chat with one of the other lovely housemates. if you prefer not to mix, the house is quite often unoccupied. Leekonians are down-to-earth friendly people. The neighbours are very friendly.
