Guests will enjoy this 2 bedroom/1 bath private home with spacious floor plan that sleeps 5 (5th guest can use couch; linens supplied). You will be welcomed home into the cozy living area. The cottage provides a nice kitchen/laundry with large dining area and French doors leading to a private deck off the back of the house. This home is located less than 5 minutes off I-75 and within walking distance to historic downtown Perry. Several local restaurants and shops are just a short stroll away. Two car parking driveway. Please read house rules regarding pet fees and cleaning fees.***Please note: Cleaning Fees; 75.00 Guests can enjoy the backyard with outside seating on the deck. This cottage provides private parking for two cars. You'll enjoy your private cottage and feel safe in this established neighborhood. To narrate, each of the 2 bed rooms accommodate 2 guest each and the couch CAN be used for sleeping the 5th guest. $50.00 per pet fee required firm.
