Beautiful home for your Stay-cation. Perfect for families (children age 12 and older) or friends. 10 people may enjoy this unique space overnight. NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING WEED & CIGARETTES. Only 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. Yoga mats available. Beautiful above ground pool for swimming or lounging. Firepit w/ wood & kindle provided. This home is for a family or group of friends wanting to get away and enjoy a quiet space. -- only guests in reservation may be on site. There is a $30 fee for each additional person on site. External camera monitor the number of people. No Parties. No red wine or colored coolaid or colored soft drinks. No children under 12. Everything here is part of a soft muted color palette creating a backdrop for new thoughts, new memories, and new experiences. Because there is a pool on site, we are not child-friendly. You have access to our entire home, garden, backyard, and pool. No front yard activity. Use the backyard for conversations, swimming, cooking, and hanging out. I am available 24 hours a day and am nearby ready to help you. We may be onsite for pool maintenance or yard maintenance depending on the day you stay. Neighbors will alert me if there is any noise or party. This quaint neighborhood is only minutes from Downtown Dallas yet feels like you have reached the country with gorgeous trees, a herb and vegetable garden, a large deck, pool, and various areas outside to sit and enjoy nature. This neighborhood is quiet with each house on bit of land. Easy to get to from downtown Dallas - take hwy 45 about 15 minutes and exit. An Italian restaurant is a few minutes away by car. Gas station and fast-food restaurants at the 45 exit. This is our home and has a driveway for a maximum of 4 cars. No street parking. NO PARTIES.. This is Texas and outside by the pool you may experience a bee or bird stopping by for a drink of water. There will be additional fees for rules not being followed or for any and all damage, including these violations: $500 fee for parties, $50 fee excessive trash, towels damaged, pool item damaged, any item damaged, noise violations especially in the front yard and driveway, $200 cigarette smoking onsite, any weed or incense smells indoors and on deck.
