Kathy's Kottage (mini carriage) hot tub/fire pit

Kathy's Kottage is the most unique and creative Airbnb in the world! It is a detached mini carriage house that is decorated in French country with a HUGE butterfly. You will love the feeling. There are antique wedding pictures, two electric fireplaces, a quaint livingroom and mini kitchen., fire pit, and hot tub.This is nestled in the rolling hills of Kansas. Close to the sweet community of Tonganoxie. Located just off I-70 only thirty minutes from Lawrence, KC, Legends, Leavenworth. We provide coloring books, crayons, games, videos, bathrobes, and a cozy living room! There is s special gift waiting the guests! The kitchenette has a small fridge, micro, toaster, electric pot, coffee maker. There are silverware , dishes, bowls , and cups. We offer a complimentary breakfast of English muffins, oatmeal, pop tarts, cereal, milk, tea and coffee. We own three acres situated on a hill. You are welcomed to visit all our outdoor spaces! We have several outdoor sitting areas, two pergolas, a gas grill, Koi pond, eating area, and a wood burning space. There are tons of trees and flower gardens. Kathy is retired and looks forward to accommodating her guests. I hope to welcome you to my wonderful Kottage! We are in a residential country setting. The views are amazing! Contrary to popular belief this portion of Kansas is rolling and lovely. We are outside the quaint town of Tonganoxie Kansas. You will need to drive to access restaurants and activities in the area. We are just two minutes from Sonic and there are a several local eateries in the area. There are also two wonderful bars in town. We are located off of I/70 just about 30 minutes from everywhere you want to go. We really are centrally located. Our small town is quaint with several restaurants and two bars located downtown.
