We are also only a one-mile walk to the beautiful Swarthmore College Campus. We are 2.5 miles from I-476, I-95, supermarkets, restaurants, and the Springfield Mall. The PHL airport is 15 minutes away. One-bedroom apartment with all the amenities: kitchen, private bathroom, laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink. The bed is California King-sized. The space is a big fourth bedroom suite, attached to the main house, with its own entrance. There is ample parking in the driveway. We are within walking distance to the train station (Morton/Rutledge stop) on the SEPTA Regional Rail line to Elwin. This is a commuter line that is clean, safe. It takes you to Center City, Philadelphia. We are also walking distance to Swarthmore College. Available to guests as much as you want me to be. I’ll leave you alone if that is what you want. Easy to walk about but having a car is a plus. Most services are within 1-3 miles from the house No smoking, no pets. This is non negotiable as we have major allergies.
