Garden Loft - Private 2-Story Suite with Deck

A spacious 2-story open concept apartment in the middle of our house with a private entrance and upper deck overlooking large gardens on a country road. Although we are in a rural area, we are only 4 minutes from the town of Middleton and 10 minutes from Kingston and CFB Greenwood. We are centrally located in the Annapolis Valley, close to historic Fort Anne and Port Royal, 20 minutes to the world famous Bay of Fundy, and an hour drive to the historic South Shore. Enjoy approximately 800 sq. ft. of cozy living space spread out over 2 levels. The gardens are host to a wide variety of bird and insect species and the deck is perfect for bird-watching. Our location is as beautiful in the winter as it is the rest of the year. We have in-floor heat which maintains a cozy temperature in cold weather. Our road is always plowed (with the exception of extreme storms). Guests are welcome to explore the grounds and gardens at their leisure (which are always a work in progress). A variety of coffees and teas are provided. A barbecue is available exclusively for guests. Cable TV includes Netflix. Hot water never runs out as we have separate tanks for each dwelling. No laundry but there are laundromats in the town of Middleton. Guest suite is in the middle of a duplex. Hosts Steve and Crystal live on the right side of the house, host Nancy lives on the left. Guests may find us out working on the property or sitting out enjoying an evening by the fire. Guests are always welcome to socialize with us. A rural country setting on 2 acres. Convenience store just up the road with the Town of Middleton just a few minutes away by car.
