There are 4 supermarkets in walking distance (2minutes) and a bakery, post office, atm and restaurant next to the house. The location is very convenient and some shops are open on Sunday too. Including a convenience kiosk opposite the house. Highways A1/2/3 are 5 minutes away by car. By train: Murgenthal station offers direct trains to Olten (10mins), Langenthal (5mins), Aarau (20mins), Brugg (50mins), Lenzburg (40mins) as well as buses to Rothrist, Zofingen and Oftringen. By car: Murgenthal is directly on the old Zurich-Bern route and a short drive from the crossing of the two main highways in Switzerland (A1/A2 in Härkingen) and the A1 exit in Rothrist. Perfect for travelers in transit from north to south. By bike: Murgenthal is directly on the cycling route Lausanne-Romanshorn and there are many cycling (and hiking!) routes in this area and throughout the country.
