Nesteled in a tranquil setting at the very end of the village this unique 3 bedroom property offers every comfort one would expect from a luxury ski chalet. Located just 7 km from the center of Bad Kleinkircheim, 5 from the ski lifts and the famous spas and 2km from the golf course, the house offers all the comforts to guarantee you a peaceful accommodation. The house is divided into two floors. The ground floor offers a large and comfortable living area, equipped with two sofas, two armchairs and a 65-inch Samsung smart TV. Next to the living area there is a cosy lounge area, equipped with a table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. In front of it is the kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, washing machine, oven, microwave, as well as of course plates, glasses, pans and cutlery. Further on we find the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and cleaning products, as well as a shower and finally the bathroom. The upper floor consists of two large double bedrooms, which share a large outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and the mountains. The third bedroom instead consists of a bunk bed that can comfortably accommodate two people. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe. There is a large bathroom equipped with two taps, shower and whirlpool tub. Finally we find the toilet in a separate room. The house has a large garden overlooking a stream as well as a private parking that can accommodate three cars. The house is reached via a private road that leads directly to the parking lot, located in front of the entrance to the house I will personally welcome my guests and I will always be available to satisfy their every request or to clarify any doubts, as well as to recommend them what to visit nearby.
