Modern house, big terrace and airco in all rooms.

A very nice, moderne house: peace, space and very near to the capital Oranjestad and the beaches. You can park 3-4 cars on the premises. Airco in the living room and bedrooms. A beautiful Italian design kitchen, WiFi included. Outside is a big storage room with the washing machine. The house is perfectly located to visit all the nice places of Aruba. A small supermarket is just a 2 minutes walk away. One of the biggest supermarkets is just a 5 minutes drive away. The house is located on a quite large piece of land with a nice garden and big terrace. The 2 bedrooms with king and queen size beds can accomodate up to 4 people. The third room is not accessible for visitors. There one modern bathroom available. A second building is a big storage room with a washing machine and the possibility to cook on gas. Internet/WiFi is included. On Aruba you need a car so that's why there is a lot of parking space in front of the house. ... but we are always available online in English, Nederlands, Deutsch, Papiamento, Espanol and Portuguese. There is not really public transport on Aruba so you need a (rental) car to get around. You can park several cars in front of the house.
